BMM Testlabs secured licensing to test and certify casino gaming equipment in Nebraska only days after receiving certifications in Ohio. The company is now accepting submissions for testing and certifying.

With the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commissions authorization, BMM Testlabs can begin operating in the state.

BMM Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President Travis Foley commented: "BMM is very pleased to have been approved to provide testing services for casino gaming equipment in Nebraska. Melissa Shuba, Vice President Government Affairs, and Meagan DeMello, Regulatory Compliance Manager, have done an excellent job in assuring BMM is well-positioned to provide our clients access to new and emerging markets."

Foley continued: "We look forward to utilizing our decades of experience to provide our expert testing services for Nebraska. We value our ongoing partnership with the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission and would like to thank its staff for its continued cooperation and diligence during this process."

Headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, BMM Testlabs operates throughout various locations including North America, Latin America, Europe and Australia.

After receiving approval to test and certify in Ohio, Melissa Shuba said: "BMM is very pleased to have been approved for issuing certifications for sports gaming equipment in Ohio. We look forward to utilizing our decades of experience to provide testing services for the state."

She continued: "We value our ongoing partnership with the Ohio Casino Control Commission and would like to thank its staff for its continued cooperation and diligence during this process."

In April of 2022, the company announced that Tony McLaughlin was appointed to VP Quality Assurance Services, North America.
