Guests of the casino resort can enjoy either brunch or dinner in jungle-themed setting.

The Bellagio Resort & Casino’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens has announced the debut of The Garden Table, a dining experience set within the Bellagio’s floral motif. Las Vegas tourists will have a chance to enjoy a multi-course brunch by Michael Mina Bellagio or dinner from Sadelle’s Café.

The Garden Table will be features as part of “Jungle of Dreams,” the conservatory’s summer display that will run until September 10, 2022. The display is comprised of 28 animal sculptures and nearly 10,000 flowers and plants.

Among the animals featured are pink flamingos, blue parrots, monkeys, blue herons, giraffes and lions, with some reaching 20 feet in height.

Bellagio Vice President of Food & Beverage Josef Wagner said the casino resort was looking to provide its guests with opportunities to engage their senses while visiting the conservatory.

He commented: "The Bellagio Conservatory is one of Las Vegas' most visited and most photographed attractions. We wanted to create an entirely new and immersive way for our guests to experience the beauty of this space.

"The sights, sounds, colors, and energy of the conservatory, combined with chefs Michael Mina and Mario Carbone curating the culinary journey, make for an epic experience that only Bellagio can deliver."

MGM Resorts International operates the Bellagio. The company and its BetMGM subsidiary joined the American Gaming Association and became official partners of its “Have A Game Plan. Bet Responsibly” campaign in September 2021.

Responsible gaming education remains a key focus as BetMGM continues to expand its sports betting platform to new jurisdictions. BetMGM also provides resources to help customers play responsibly.
