ZZ Top returns to The Venetian Las Vegas in December

The rock band will play five shows during a limited engagement event.

Rock band ZZ Top has announced it will perform five shows at the Venetian Las Vegas in December. The band will play a limited-engagement concert series starting December 3 and running through December 4, 7, 9 and 10.

All shows will start at 8pm at the Venetian Theatre.

Rock fans will be able to purchase tickets for general admission on July 22. ZZ Top fan club members interested in getting tickets early can access a pre-sale on July 19 at 10am PT. Those who are Venetian Resort Grazie Rewards members can buy tickets from July 20 at 10am PT.

Live Nation customers will also have access to early ticket purchasing during this time. Pre-sale purchasing options will end on July 21.

ZZ Top, known to its fans as “That Little Ol’ Band From Texas,” has been making rock music for more than 50 years. The group formed in Houston, Texas out of two rival bands in 1969 and released its first three studio albums by 1973. The Texas rock band was heavily influenced by Muddy Waters and B.B. King.

The band is known for several hit songs, including “Sharp Dressed Man” and “Legs,” which both were featured music videos on MTV. ZZ Top’s 1983 album “Eliminator” was certified Diamond and sold more than 10 million copies in the US.

ZZ Top has toured on four continents and has performed in front of millions of rock fans. The band has also been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
