Caesars Entertainment and Tao Group Hospitality have collaborated to introduce Stanton Social Prime, a new restaurant concept that is scheduled to open at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas this winter. The restaurant will sit adjacent to Tao Group’s OMNIA Nightclub.
Stanton Social Prime is a spin-off of Stanton Social, an eatery located in New York City that was created by Chef Chris Santos.
Caesars Entertainment Regional President Sean McBurney spoke briefly about Santos culinary contributions and about his excitement to welcome him to the team.
He said: "Chef Chris Santos continues to redefine the dining scene with his creative cuisine and innovative dishes.
"We are eager to continue our partnership with Tao Group Hospitality and welcome Stanton Social Prime to our culinary empire at Caesars Palace."
Stanton’s menu will feature items from the original New York Lower East Side location, which was Santos’ first restaurant location.
Tao Group Hospitality Co-CEO Jason Strauss said the company is excited about the new dining options Stanton will offer to guests.
He commented: "We are thrilled to build on our existing relationship with Caesars Entertainment while delivering another Tao Hospitality Group dining destination from Chef Chris Santos to Las Vegas.”
Tao Group Hospitality Chief Culinary Officer Ralph Scamardella also took a moment to express similar sentiments. "Caesars Palace boasts incredible restaurant offerings, and we are looking forward to adding Stanton Social Prime to its culinary collection,” he said.
Caesars Entertainment was founded in 1937. It originated in Reno, Nevada and has expanded over the years to include facilities that operate under the Caesars, Harrah's, Horseshoe and Eldorado brand names.
The company has released its Caesars Sportsbook mobile app in Illinois. Caesars has had a foothold in Illinois for a while through the Harrah's Joliet, Harrah's Metropolis, and Grand Victoria Casino Elgin locations. The debut of its mobile app is an added layer to Caesars’ continuing plans for brand expansion.
