Ramon has appeared several times on The CW show, Masters of Illusion.

Illusionist Alex Ramon will make his performance debut on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe by putting on his “Wonders” act. Ramon recently kicked off his exclusive show at the at the Hyatt Regency in Incline Village, Nevada.

The North Shore of Lake Tahoe stated in a release that Ramon’s debut is “the perfect fit for guests looking for a unique entertainment experience to their weekend schedule.”

He will perform on Saturday nights at the resort.

Ramon typically conducts his acts against an alpine paradise-themed backdrop and is known around the world for his modern and engaging approach to showmanship during his shows. The illusionist has performed several notable feats, including escapes similar to those executed by legend Harry Houdini.

He recently performed one escape live, called Cold Shock, a daring illusion that involved a vertical tank, frigid water, and a 100 pound weighted vest. During the escape, Ramon wore a heavy vest that was locked and chained to his chest and was soon after dropped into a tank of 39-degree ice water.

During the following two minutes, Ramon picked three locks to undo the vest as he held his breath underwater. He was able to escape from the tank in just over two minutes.

Ramon live-streamed the illusion, which had more than 10,000 views. The act has been noted around Lake Tahoe as “one of the most talked-about events in recent Tahoe history.”

In addition to performing live shows, Ramon is a regular star on The CW’s Masters of Illusion. In one notable episode, Ramon performed with MJ his Magic Doxie and fooled Penn & Teller on the air with one of his illusions.
