Changes, including 300 guest rooms and suites with distinct themes, were revealed Tuesday.

As part of its 25th anniversary, the Silverton hotel-casino located in Las Vegas revealed that the property will undergo a complete $45 million “reimagining.” This renovation will force the hotel and adjacent pool to close during the remodel.

The Silverton will see 300 guest rooms and suites be molded into “rustic-luxe” rooms, each of which will have its own “design stories.”

Themes include the Cowboy Kitsch Collection – rooms featuring a quirky blend of rustic chic with tasteful modern accents. The Rustic Modern Collection – rooms featuring natural, aged, and weathered furnishings, with the sense of the natural warmth of the outdoors. Lastly, the Livin’ Lodge Collection – rooms inspired by the elegant Rockies glam design and the legendary cattle baron homes found in the West.

The property noted that these design features were inspired by its sister property Hotel Drover, which opened in 2021.

Silverton CEO Craig Cavileer commented: "This is more than a room remodel. This was an opportunity to creatively reinvent our entire hotel operation in Las Vegas."

He continued: "While we are keeping aspects of our lodge theme that our guests have enjoyed over the years, our new rooms and suites will envelop our guests in a new spirit of rustic elegance, providing a unique Las Vegas hotel experience."

In a news release, Silverton announced that the Sway pool deck would be closed starting in August and is scheduled to reopen in early 2023. The remainder of the property including the casino, restaurants, aquarium, Veil Pavilion, Johnny Rockets, Starbucks and Bass Pro Shops will remain open.
