The software company will provide marketing, player development and slot upgrades.

OPTX has partnered with Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino to release its full suite of slots, as well as marketing resources and player development to the casino resort. The two will work together to revamp Westgate’s operations and streamline casino player data.

OPTX is a Las Vegas-based software company that provides recommendations and player data to casino operators. The company was founded in the middle of 2019 by former casino executives.

As part of the agreement, OPTX will provide the resort with resources that will optimize gaming operations on the casino floor and create real-time viewing options for the staff.

Westgate Vice President of Casino Marketing Tyson Harding said: "Westgate was looking for a solution to bring multiple layers of operations into one view in real-time and we found that with OPTX.

"We were seeking a solution that not only helped solve our day-to-day challenges but one that also looks to introduce new features and functionality at a rapid pace to keep up with the ever-changing industry. We are excited to partner with OPTX."

OPTX uses data intelligence that creates real-time and personalized insights based the needs of its clients and presents the information to them in a clear and concise format so that critical reports are not overlooked. Its focus is to make sure data is compiled in a timely manner that is designed to increase profitability, revenue and guest visitation.

OPTX Co-CEO Brooke Fiumara said the company is confident it will be able to provide the solutions Westgate seeks to employ.

Fiumara commented: "Westgate selecting OPTX for its property business intelligence platform demonstrates the continued value operators place on our mission of creating the next generation of casino operations.

“Property leaders are seeking a single platform solution that doesn't just present data, it provides the functionality for operators to use it. We are confident OPTX will continue to meet the dynamic needs of Westgate."
