The renovation is currently underway and is scheduled to be completed by this summer.

Wynn Las Vegas has released its detailed plans for a new room concept to update its guest accommodations across Wynn Las Vegas and Wynn Tower Suites. The project is currently under construction, with a target completion date of June 2022.

This is Wynn Las Vegas’ largest redesign project to date. The current project will upgrade features to the tower’s 2,674 guest rooms, suites, resort tower corridors and elevator lobbies.

Wynn Las Vegas President Brian Gullbrants commented: "Wynn sets the standard for luxury experiences and unparalleled service by continuously evolving to meet and exceed the needs of our guests.

“Our thoughtful and intuitive new room design provides a more integrated in-room experience, giving guests greater control and choice over how they wish their room to function as they relax, enjoy, work, and entertain during their stay."

The new room design concept will adopt a more residential feel, while still giving guests a sense of escape from their day-to-day lives. Several guest rooms will feature double vanities and twice the storage space they had before, as well as wood accent walls, natural stone and original artwork.

Wynn Design and Development President and Chief Creative Officer Todd-Avery Lenahan said: "As guests' needs and tastes evolve, we are constantly advancing details that not only meet but exceed their discerning tastes.

"Our redesigned rooms are equal parts warm and dramatic, intimate and sophisticated.  The guest rooms are meant to be your personal space while we are hosting you and are designed to be a respite, an exhale at the end of your day."
