OPTX launches casino data platform at the Swinomish Casino & Lodge

The software company will provide casino guests with various player development, slots and artificial intelligence products.

OPTX has added Swinomish Casino & Lodge to the list of casinos that offers its full suite of artificial intelligence (AI), slots and player development products. The company’s portfolio is available to players through its mobile apps and through desktop.

Swinomish Casino and Lodge Director of Marketing Jumada Schwinden said the software update meets the company’s current needs, along with those of its growing customer base.

"We are fortunate to have a growing team and expanding player base, but we needed software that can keep up,” Schwinden said. “OPTX is able to improve the ability of our team to cultivate customers and provide an unparalleled customer experience, while also providing our executive team with insights that help the entire property. OPTX is exactly what we have been searching for."

OPTX uses data intelligence that creates real-time and personalized insights based the needs of its clients and presents the information to them in a clear and concise format so that critical reports are not overlooked. Its focus is to make sure data is compiled in a timely manner that is designed to increase profitability, revenue and guest visitation.

OPTX is a Las Vegas-based software company that provides recommendations and player data to casino operators. The company was founded in the middle of 2019 by former casino executives.
