Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux brings Louisiana cuisine to Las Vegas Strip
The new restaurant will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony next week in celebration of its debut.
Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux will open at Harrah’s Las Vegas on March 28. It will also host a ribbon cutting ceremony March 30 to commemorate its grand opening on the Strip.
The Louisiana-style restaurant will feature its regional flavor through its well-known dishes, including Crawfish Etouffee, Duck & Andouille Gumbo and Krispy Kreme Donut Bread Pudding.
Walk-On’s CEO and Founder Brandon Landry said: “Our team of culinary experts has worked diligently to ensure that guests of this new location are welcomed with an authentic Louisiana experience.
“We’ve found a great partner in Harrah’s Las Vegas, and it has been a pleasure working together on this project. And, with seasoned Vegas experts and Hash House A Go Go concept owners, Jim Nyberg, Jim Rees and Bill Underhill as our franchise partners, we’re confident that this team will bring our made-from-scratch cuisine to life.”
Landry, a former walk-on basketball player at LSU, founded Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux in 2003. Its headquarters is in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
The Walk-On’s at Harrah’s will also be the first location to offer patrons a full breakfast menu.
