His duties will include leading ongoing and future sales efforts throughout the region.

Gaming manufacturer and supplier Interblock has promoted José Salinas to Regional Sales Manager in Latin America. Salinas previously served as the company’s Account Executive. He will head up sales efforts in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay as part of his regional sales responsibilities.

Interblock Global CEO John Connelly said: “José’s promotion to Regional Sales Manager is a reflection of his efforts within the company. His strong commitment to Interblock, demonstrated by hitting sales planes every year and exceeding expectations, has made our phenomenal expansion throughout South America, over the past few years, possible.

“We are confident that Jose will continue to support the growth of our business and we are extremely proud to have him as part of the Interblock team.”

The company credits Salinas as being a key member for its success in the South American region. Salinas played a large role in the company’s development and expansion there.

Interblock LatAm President Andres Morano said that Salinas’ sales experience and unique skillset is an asset to the company and will propel its success going forward.

“Sales is not about picking up the phone and harassing customers. Great sales people are trying to build a business. They look at sales, not as something they do to customers, but as a collaborative process between themselves and the client,” Morano said.

“Not only has José proven himself as a natural-born salesperson but as a very methodic and well-organized professional as well, with a clear strategy and a lot of knowledge regarding our products and our industry. Kudos for José.”
