The Joingo platform is powered by the IGT Advantage casino management system and will launch in Q1 of 2022.

Patrons at the Indigo Sky Casino & Resort in Wyandotte, Oklahoma have a new offering to look forward to on their visits to the property. Indeed, through leveraging its partnership with International Game Technology (IGT), Sightline Payments is set to bring its Joingo mobile loyalty platform to the casino early this year.

Joingo, which is designed to integrate seamlessly with the IGT Advantage casino management system, allows properties to increase customer engagement through mobile-driven marketing. The operator will be able to utilize this platform to send real-time marketing messages to patrons’ mobile devices.

“We’re always looking for new ways to enhance our guests’ experiences, and Sightline’s mobile loyalty platform helps us deliver an integrated mobile app solution that meets the demands of today’s customer,” said Melanie Heskett, General Manager of Indigo Sky Casino & Resort.

“Guests want to do everything from their mobile device and launching our app will give them this everyday convenience while expanding our abilities to offer more personalized marketing promotions.”

The Indigo Sky Casino & Resort currently features approximately 1,400 gaming machines, table games and a bingo hall. The property also has several dining options.

“Mobile engagement solutions meet customers where they are, and the Indigo Sky mobile app will deliver the same seamless mobile-first experience that customers have come to expect in their everyday lives,” added Kirk Olson, Senior Vice President, Mobile at Sightline Payments.

“Adopting mobile solutions like Sightline’s mobile loyalty platform helps casinos modernize their customer experience while enhancing their marketing capabilities.”

This technology comes as the result of a partnership with IGT, an agreement first signed in 2021. This launch marks the first signs of this agreement coming to fruition, with Indigo Sky being the first property to adopt the Joingo platform.
