The Penn National-owned casino will now have access to the iVIZION bill validator, the GEN5 thermal printer, and the Intelligent Cash Box system.

Transaction and payment technology company JCM Global has partnered with Penn National’s recently opened Hollywood Casino Morgantown. Per this agreement, JCM is set to install its core product suite at the property.

The Hollywood Casino will now have access to JCM’s iVIZION bill validator, the GEN5 thermal printer, and the Intelligent Cash Box system.

“We were excited to have JCM’s proven products at our recent casino openings in York and Morgantown,” noted Mike Mueller, Vice President of Gaming Operations at Penn National’s casinos in Grantville, Morgantown and York, all of which are in Pennsylvania.

“We were also very appreciative of the prompt and professional support that we received from the entire JCM Team. Opening two new casinos in less than six months was quite a challenge, and JCM delivered at both properties.”

This agreement is the latest in a series of partnerships between JCM Global and Penn National Gaming, marking the second category 4 Penn National casino to adopt JCM’s products in the last five months.

The casino first opened its doors on December 22, 2021. According to Penn National, its gaming floor features 750 of the latest video reel slot and video poker machines, as well as 30 table games, including blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat and more. The property also features a Barstool Sportsbook.

“We have worked closely with Penn National Gaming on casinos of all sizes, creating technology roadmaps that position their properties for long-term success with flexible technology that is ready for their future needs,” said JCM SVP of Sales, Marketing & Operations Dave Kubajak.
