OPTX to partner with Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel

Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel and Las Vegas-based tech start-up, OPTX, announced a new partnership today. The two will work together to improve and enrich the customer experience by using more efficient ways of data collection to their advantage. 

"OPTX is the solution we have been searching for," said Michael Bonakdar, General Manager of Jake's 58 Casino Hotel. 

Jake's 58 Casino Hotel selected OPTX for its full suite of marketing, player development, slots, and artificial intelligence solutions. OPTX focuses on analyzing complex player data to provide real-time insights and recommendations to casino operators.  

This will allow for less time compiling data and more time to devote to developing strategies that will give guests the best experience possible. 

"Being able to streamline operations is key, and the solutions that OPTX provides will also allow us to access and analyze data efficiently and easily and take timely action to optimize our customer experience efforts," said Bonakdar. 

Brooke Fiumara, OPTX’s Co-CEO, also expressed excitement about the new collaboration and the opportunity to add to the OPTX family.
