Encore at Wynn Las Vegas introduces new dog-friendly program

Encore at Wynn Las Vegas has announced a new dog-friendly program that allows guests to bring two canines on their stay.
Upon check-in, guests will receive a complimentary doggy bag of welcome gifts including a Wynn-logoed neckerchief, a toy, and an all-natural dog treat.
Encore will offer several more dog clothing and accessories for purchase. They include leashes, collars, blankets, and bowls and even a Wynn Resorts signature robe.
Encore is also debuting Bone Appetite, a new room service dining menu featuring several meat, fish, and vegetable dishes. Among the highlights are lamb, seared salmon, and black angus beef.
The hotel encourages guests to share their dogs at the resort using social media hashtag #WagForWynn.
Las Vegas is home to several pet-friendly resorts.
Caesars allows up to two dogs of up to 50lbs at its Strip properties. Guests pay between a $75 to $100 pet fee for each night as well as a refundable nightly $100 incidental deposit.
MGM Resorts promotes dog-friendly programs as well. MGM properties in Las Vegas allow a maximum of two dogs per room with combined weight less than 100lbs.
For $25, MGM will send a doggie concierge to check on pets while guests are away.
The Cosmopolitan allows two dogs per room of any size. A nightly charge of $50 plus tax is applied per dog.
Trump International Hotel Las Vegas has a two pet per room limit with a weight limit of 25lbs per pet. Guests with pets pay $50 per day for the service.
Travelers with dogs are allowed walk their canines between 5:00 a.m. and noon on the Las Vegas Strip.
