Ana Gaming announced the launch of its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
The company held the first meeting of its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee last week, an effort to foster a more plural, respectful and human-centred work environment.
This initial gathering brought together employees from different areas who volunteered to help shape the agenda, creating space for connection and honest discussion about motivations, experiences and expectations.
“The conversation brought deep reflections and alignment of purpose. It became clear that diversity, equity, and inclusion are not just institutional issues,” the company stated.
“These are practices that gain strength when they are conducted by the very people who make our daily lives happen.” The participants discussed why they joined the committee, the values they hope to reinforce and the cultural changes they want to help promote.
The dialogue also underscored the need to ground the company’s commitments in day-to-day actions, ensuring that inclusivity is reflected not only in policy but in behaviour, communication and decision-making.
With the foundations established, the next phase focuses on translating ideas into concrete initiatives. The committee will begin developing projects aimed at strengthening a work culture where everyone feels represented, respected and able to contribute authentically.
This includes identifying priority themes, mapping internal needs and proposing practical steps to encourage equity across teams and leadership structures.
