Boyd Gaming selects Agilysys InfoGenesis as new POS system

Once implemented across its 28 venues, data and transactions will be consolidated across all channels.

Agilysys announced today that Boyd Gaming Corporation has entered into a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreement to implement InfoGenesis, Agilysys’ omnichannel enterprise POS platform, across its 28 gaming and entertainment venues throughout the US.

Upon full implementation, all data and transactions will be consolidated across various channels, including self-service kiosks, mobile ordering for food and beverages, and kitchen display systems. 

This integrated approach aims to help Boyd enhance guest engagement, tailor promotions, and make more informed operational decisions.

The agreement includes not only the core InfoGenesis system but also Agilysys solutions such as OnDemand, guest self-service kiosks, Kitchen Display Stations (KDS), Loyalty-Promotions, and Analyze.
