This new collaboration comes in anticipation of X Games Aspen 2025.

Key points:

- Alt Sports Data enters collaboration with X Games

- This partnership introduces X Games into the regulated sports wagering industry

- The collaboration comes shortly before X Games Aspen

Sports trading data source Alt Sports Data has announced a new partnership arrangement with X Games, which will allow for regulated sports betting on X Games events.

This collaborative effort comes ahead of the organization’s Colorado-based ski and snowboard competition – X Games Aspen – which is scheduled for January 23-25, 2025. As part of the agreement, Alt Sports Data will provide wagering options – such as prop wagers and traditional bets – by accessing X Games data.

Commenting on the announcement, Jeremy Bloom, CEO of X Games, stated, “The passion fans have for their favorite action sports stars rivals that of any other sport. At X Games, we’re committed to creating innovative ways for fans to express and deepen that passion.”

“Our partnership with Alt Sports marks an exciting step forward, giving the action sports community a new way to engage with their favorite athletes and events through sports betting—a feature that has been integral to other professional sports.”

For Alt Sports Games, this latest development follows a number of recent sports wagering-related partnership deals.

In June 2023, the company enetered a new deal with Power Slap – a slap fighting organization led by Dana White. A year later, the company became the National Hot Rod Association’s new official trading data and consumer data provider.

Most recently, Alt Sports Data brokered a deal with SuperMotocross, introducing the league to the sports betting landscape for the first time.

Good to know: This deal marks X Games’ first foray into a regulated sports betting space

Also commenting on this latest deal was Todd Ballard, Co-Founder and CMO of ALT Sports Data, who said, “This partnership represents a significant step forward in our mission to redefine fan engagement in some of the world’s most engaging and exciting sports”

“X Games is the most iconic brand within the action sports community, and we are excited to bring innovative betting markets to their passionate fan base. By integrating sports betting, we aim to create deeper connections, attract new audiences, and drive the continued growth.”
