Key points:
- Deal takes Bragg from a content supplier to a technolgy partner with Caesars
- Caesars will be able to develop its own proprietary, custom game titles
Bragg Gaming and Caesars Entertainment have entered into a technology platform and exclusive games development partnership.
This deal will concern the US and Canada markets and will add another layer to the pair’s long-standing collaboration together, taking Bragg from a content supplier to a technology partner in their relationship.
As a result of this new partnership, Caesars will be able to lease Bragg's Remote Gaming Server (RGS), as well as being able to license the Bragg HUB product delivery and casino game aggregation platform, and Bragg’s Fuze player engagement platform.
On top of this, the supplier will develop several online casino games for Caesars’ digital platforms, while Caesars will have a delivery platform for its in-house games studio surrounding the development of its own proprietary, custom game titles.
Previously, the pair have worked within the states of New Jersey and Michigan, while most recently Bragg launched its new games in Pennsylvania and in the Canadian province of Ontario in partnership with Caesars Digital.
Bragg Gaming Group CCO Neill Whyte said, “We’re thrilled to be kicking off this exciting new content and technology project with Caesars for its online casino platforms. We have decades of expertise and know-how, as well as the full technology suite to build, launch and operate the highest quality online casino games, and we look forward to expanding our strategic partnership with the Caesars team to enhance the player experience through innovative and exclusive gaming content creation.
Good to know: Bragg last week announced its entry in as a supplier in Brazil's newly regulated iGaming market
“Bragg and Caesars already have a strong history together, and this expanded partnership is a testament to our commitment to continue building and further strengthening this successful relationship.”
Caesars Digital SVP & Chief iGaming Officer Matt Sunderland added, “Bragg's technological expertise has consistently exceeded our expectations throughout our partnership. This expansion marks an important step in our strategic growth plan to develop our own proprietary digital slots and table games content and to offer something truly exclusive for our players.
“We’re excited about the potential that this moment provides us, and we have our sights set on building exclusive online casino games through our newly formed in-house game studios team that will set us apart in the industry.”
This deal is projected to help drive double-digit growth for Bragg in terms of revenue and profit, which will be key as last month the supplier stated that strategic growth and liquidity initiatives were key priorities.
