The project will also include a complete remodel of the hotel’s exterior and guest rooms as well as an expansion and renovation of the casino floor.

"Tonight is an exciting kick-off for the new GMG,” Eureka CEO Andre Carrier said.

"This restaurant was designed to give our guests a complete experience. Tonight’s event with Charles gave us a chance to feature great wine, a great craft cocktail, great food and the stories and hospitality of one of the greatest football players of all time; that is a great experience.”

NFL Hall-of-Famer and former Raider Charles Woodson attended the grand reopening event in order to offer and promote his Woodson Whiskey and Intercept Wines brands to guests.

The restaurant has expanded by 7,000 sq ft and now features a Parlour Bar, Club Room and four private dining rooms created for special occasions. New items at Gregory’s Mesquite Grill include homemade Meatballs, Mediterranean sea bass and honey lavender chicken.

Good to know: Eureka Casino Resort’s reinvestment project will be completed through development to the casino's surrounding acreage, including 35 acres of undeveloped land

"Continual improvement is one of our core values and our guests deserve our best," Carrier said.

“We hope the new GMG shows our long-term guests how much they are appreciated and gives new guests a reason to visit the Eureka.”

Eureka Casino Resort features a casino with various gaming options including slots, video poker, table games and the largest sportsbook to be located in Mesquite, Nevada.
