Table Trac, TransAct report significant six-month growth following key product deployment

Table Trac has published its six-month results following the launch of SlotSuite, which was developed through a CasinoTrac and TransAct Technologies collaboration.
CasinoTrac was designed so that it can be adapted to suit multiple entertainment and gaming environments, including those that are considered Class III gaming centers, which offer players access to game terminals that have the look and feel of slot machines.
SlotSuite serves as a floor-wide, single-wire printing solution and “integrates TransAct’s Epicentral SE with PromoTrac, CasinoTrac’s unified promotions administration and management system.”
Table Trac noted that SlotSuite “eliminates the need for additional network wiring and peripherals, making it a practical option for casinos looking to streamline operations and enhance player engagement.”
During the past six months, carded and rated play rose by 58.6%, while average play increased from 17% to 29%.
Rated coin-in also grew during the last six months, reflecting a 21% boost.
Overall coin-in was up by 3% as well. This increase included “games still needing to be upgraded,” according to the report.
Table Trac President Chad Hoehne commented, “The SlotSuite deployment has confirmed our expectations of a solution that is not only simple to deploy but also effective in improving operational efficiency and guest experience. The results show a clear impact on profitability and player engagement.”
TransAct CEO John Dillon echoed similar sentiments by saying, “The data from this deployment reinforces the value of SlotSuite as a solution that can simplify casino operations while delivering measurable financial benefits.
