RSI provides new updates to loyalty program

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has unveiled its enhanced iRush Rewards Loyalty Program. The updates have simplified the system to make it easier for players to earn and redeem their loyalty points.
RSI currently operates several brands that include BetRivers, PlaySugarhouse and RushBet.
Company CEO Richard Schwartz discussed the company’s continuing desire to consider feedback from players when upgrading its features.
He commented, “As a player-first operator, we listened to our players feedback and made improvements. Since RSI’s inception we’ve prioritized player retention.
“With our extremely fast growth in new customers over the past few years, it was imperative we continue to invest in new player benefits and creative ways to add value to our player experience re-affirming our philosophy to always put players first.”
The updated loyalty program will offer players a variety of ways to earn points on a new tiered system.
The new tier system has three levels, including Gold, Platinum and Black levels. Players can earn Loyalty Points, Bonus Store Points and Tier Points on the tiered system.
Schwartz explained the iRush Rewards program in more detail by saying, “We always look for new ways to continually enhance our loyal players’ experience. The improvements to the multifaceted iRush Rewards Loyalty Program take our loyalty program to the next level, creating what we believe is improving on what we already considered to be the best in the industry.
“We look forward to BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse players continued strong engagement with the iRush Rewards Loyalty Program as we show how much we appreciate them as players.”
RSI serves as an online casino and sports betting company throughout Canada, the US and in LatAm. It offers real-money mobile and online titles in several US states.
The online gaming and sports entertainment company has broadened its North American market reach to include Ontario, Canada, as well as in Colombia and Mexico.
The company first entered the Colombian market in 2018 and established its presence in Mexico in 2022.
