
DraftKings has formed a strategic US partnership with Red Rake Gaming, a developer based in Spain.
Per the terms of the deal, Red Rake will integrate its casino games into DraftKings’ platform.
Players in the New England region and in the Canadian province of Ontario will initially reap the benefits of this collaboration. The duo said it will first focus on releasing this expanded platform in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ontario.
Red Rake Gaming said in a statement, “This collaboration with DraftKings is one of several strategic alliances that Red Rake Gaming has planned as part of its entry into the US markets of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan.
“By partnering with leading operators in these states, Red Rake Gaming aims to replicate its European success and deliver its captivating gaming experiences to a new audience.”

In other company news, DraftKings recently concluded its previously announced acquisition deal for the digital lottery app company, Jackpocket.
The company said it plans to “focus on integrating Jackpocket into its operations and leveraging synergies to drive sustained growth and value creation” now that the transaction is complete.
Jackpocket debuted in the US in 2019 as the first registered lottery courier service. Its lottery app is currently available in Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas and Washington DC.
