He has held leadership roles with the company since 2020.

FanDuel parent company Flutter has named Rob Coldrake as its new group CFO.

In a subsequent announcement, the company’s current head of finance, Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson will be stepping down from his duties as both an Executive Director and as group CFO.

Coldrake previously held the CFO position for Flutter International prior to taking on his current role. He first joined the company in 2020.

Along with personeel changes, Flutter announced that it has shifted its primary trading listing to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and has completed the transition. Prior to this change, the group was primarily listed on the London Exchange.

This is the latest in a series of moves from the Irish-founded company to shift its focus toward North America and the US. Flutter recently moved its operational headquarters to New York and noted that the relocation “reflects the importance of the US market.”

Flutter is the parent company of FanDuel Group, which has a significant presence throughout the US.

Company CEO Peter Jackson took a moment to discuss Flutter’s move to transition primarily to the NYSE. He commented, "Today marks an important milestone in the evolution of Flutter with the commencement of our primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange. This closely follows the recent move of our operational headquarters to New York, with both reflecting the increasing importance of the US sports betting and iGaming market to our business.

“We have a fantastic position in the US, with FanDuel the clear number one operator and we look forward to this next step on our journey."
