TPI names Joe Tingson as VP of Customer Success

He brings more than 20 years of experience to his new role.

Casino industry player communication solutions provider TPI has named Joe Tingson as its VP of Customer Success.

As part of his new duties, Tingson will serve as a leader for both the digital Customer Success and Product teams.

Tingson will work directly with clients to improve products and understand customer needs. He will also oversee TPI’s mobile app vision and strategy.

The company said in a statement, “Joe Tingson's appointment as VP of Customer Success underscores TPI's continued commitment to prioritizing the needs and success of casino operators across North America.

“With his leadership, TPI is uniquely positioned to ensure they can reach a casino's players through any medium, in print and digital, effectively and efficiently.”

Tingson brings more than two decades of casino industry experience to his new role. During his lengthy career, Tingson has worked in product development to provide clients with custom solutions.

TPI President Kane Johnson took a moment to welcome Tingson to the team.

He commented, "Joe's proven track record of building strong relationships and intense passion for both marketing and the casino industry makes him the right person to lead the future of digital within TPI.

"We are thrilled to welcome him to the TPI team and are confident that his leadership will further strengthen our commitment to delivering unparalleled service and support to our clients."
