He will perform in Las Vegas for two nights in July.

Comedian Chico Bean will take the stage at The Venetian Resort’s The Summit Showroom in Las Vegas on July 12 and July 13. Showtimes are at 8:30PM for both nights.

General admission tickets for the show will go on sale on Friday and start at $35. However, artist fans can get in on a pre-sale the morning of April 2. Those who are Live Nation and Ticketmaster customers, as well as those who are current Venetian Rewards members will have access to another pre-sale event that will run from April 3 to April 4.

Bean grew up in Washington DC and through the years has made his way onto the comedy circuit because of his ability to write on-the-spot jokes after quickly memorizing words to an old song.

Throughout this career, Bean has starred on “Wild N’ Out,” hosted by Nick Cannon and MTV 2’s “Guy Court,” as well as on “Freestyle Funny Comedy Show.” He is currently known for his work on the 85 South Show as one-third of its starring lineup and is an accomplished writer and actor.

In related news, American rock band Phish will begin a series of shows at the Sphere starting April 18. The band will play a four-show run from April 18 to April 21.

Phish is known for never playing the same set twice, a tradition that will continue during its Vegas run. The upcoming show will offer Phish fans a new set list as well as new visuals across the Sphere’s LED surface.

The Venetian Resort is currently in the process of updating its convention center. The resort said the renovation of its meeting space will be “completed in stages between 2024 to 2026.”

The concept is based on celebrating the resort’s past while “reinventing the future.” Estimated cost of updating The Venetian Convention Center is $188m.
