Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is a cash handling and payment solutions company that serves the gaming industry, along with other commercial markets. CPI currently works with operators in more than 75 countries around the world. The company’s CEO is Jan-Hinrik Bauwe.
CPI was founded in 2006 and is based in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Since its founding, the group has grown to provide a suite of comprehensive products and technology services to a global market. Its solutions are known throughout the industry to offer both secure and efficient software that does not require much maintenance.
Its portfolio of products includes self-checkout and customer kiosks, as well as fourth wall revenue solutions and cash processing.
The company said its goal is to offer customers easy and fast options for payment processing. CPI said in a statement, “Consumers want fast, flexible solutions that keep them moving. Associates want to perform value-add work.
“At CPI, we want it all. That's why we develop integrated technologies that keep you moving. Collaboration with diverse partners means we satisfy the requirements of the global retail market and help you focus on what matters.”
CPI has formed several partnerships worldwide and recently installed its Easitrax Connect software platform at Viejas Casino and Resort in Alpine, California. Casino guests have access to multiple payment solutions through the destination’s recent upgrade.
Company VP Brian Wedderspoon discussed the group’s achievement by saying, “Viejas Casino is committed to delivering a cutting-edge player experience.
“We’re pleased that they have chosen to partner with us to be one of the first US casinos to enable cashless payment at the gaming machine.”
