GAN is a North American technology solutions provider and supplies internet gaming software to US land-based casinos. Its brand is also prominent in the Latin American and European markets. GAN is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The supplier was founded in 2002 with a focus of “capturing the emerging online skill-games market.” During its formative years, the company was market leader in backgammon and skills games throughout Italy and Spain. GAN later decided to extend its market reach through developing casino games and by offering a full gaming software system.

In 2013, the company turned its gaze toward simulated gaming and real-money gaming options. The company currently owns and operates a proprietary enterprise software system licensed to casino operators called GameSTACK.

The company has had a long-standing relationship with FanDuel to provide a real-money online gaming site. The two formed the partnership in 2013.

During the summer of 2018, GAN celebrated a successful product launch with Ocean Resort Casino and another with Parx Casino in October 2019.

In New Jersey, we have partnered with Fanduel to provide a real-money online gaming site since November 2013. We've also launched Ocean Resort Casino in July 2018 and Parx Casino in October 2019.

GAN acquired Coolbet at the end of 2021. The company developed GAN Sport using Coolbet technology that has been tailored for the US market.

Throughout the years, GAN’s Simulaed Gaming social casino has formed partnerships with several notable companies, including WinStar World Casino, Turning Stone Online Casino, Twin River, Maryland Live!, Station Casinos, JACK Entertainment Social Gaming, The Lady Luck Interactive, The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino, Empire City Casino, Parx Casino and Ocean Casino Resort.

The supplier is listed as a publicly traded company on the London Stock Exchange as well as on Nasdaq.
