It offers a full-service solution that includes the elements required for the offering of lottery games, including Instants and DBGs, via personal computers, smartphones, and handheld devices.
The company had grown in prominence in recent years particularly, reporting a 48.8% year-on-year revenue growth in 2020. The total revenue was made up predominantly of turnkey contracts with global lottery operators. These contracts accounted for $32.3m of the supplier’s full-year revenue, up 87.1%.
In 2022, NeoGames gained a huge amount of momentum, purchasing Aspire Global and its entities Pariplay and BtoBet. Pariplay is a leading aggregator and content provider. Founded in 2010, which has offices in Malta, Israel, Bulgaria, Gibraltar, USA and India. NeoGames views Pariplay as a means to gain inroads into the US, as it recently gained its fourth state license to operate in Pennsylvania, following Michigan, West Virginia and New Jersey.
BtoBet, meanwhile, is a B2B iGaming and sportsbook platform provider. It has had a number of recent successes that led NeoGames to identify it as a gateway to new markets in LatAm and Africa.
NeoGames has a truly global presence, as seen by its recent expansion into Mozambique, where it has established a multi-year partnership with SOJOGO and Santa Casa Global (the global arm of the Portuguese national lottery). This allowed it to open its proprietary sportsbook through its subsidiary BtoBet.
