JCM Global is a world leader in transaction and payment technologies. JCM is trusted by operators and suppliers in the banking, gaming, kiosk, retail, transportation, and vending industries and continuously optimizes customers' cash management.

Established in 1955, JCM Global has branched into many different fields including banking, gaming, kiosk, retail, transportation, and vending industries. The fact it has one of the largest stalls at the Global Gaming Expo this year shows how far the company has pivoted toward gambling-related payments in recent years.

It has bill validation technologies, printer technologies, system solutions and digital media solutions which are world-renowned for helping gaming operators make better connections with their customers.

Earlier this year, JCM partnered with Cassida Pro to provide the Cassida Pro Zeus 2-pocket currency discriminator as a cashier assist solution to casinos. The Cassida Pro Zeus was displayed at JCM Global’s booth during the Indian Gaming Tradeshow and Convention in Anaheim from April 19 – 22.

The company’s technology is evident at casinos around the world, with one being the Angel of The Winds Casino Resort in Wisconsin. The high-limit poker Dragon Room of this casino features JCM’s DSS Digital Signage System (DSS) which creates a graphic-driven, unique entrance to the room. The DSS can create a viewing experience of the property in 2D or 3D, and in any shape.

In May 2022, JCM Global upgraded its Intelligent Cash Box (ICB) system on nearly 7,600 gaming devices at 12 Cherokee Nation casino properties. The ICB is intended to simplify the drop process on more than 30% of all gaming devices in North America.
