Aruze Gaming America was founded in 1983 and is a designer, developer and manufacturer of various gaming solutions tailored for the global casino market.

Aruze Gaming America, formerly known as Universal Distributing of Nevada, Inc. (UND), was founded in 1983 and is a designer, developer and manufacturer of various gaming solutions tailored for the global casino market. The Nevada-based global entertainment company is known for its hybrid-style table games. Yugo Kinoshita serves as the company’s current CEO.

Within a year of its founding, the company gained licensing in Nevada as a manufacturing, gaming distribution and slot route operator. Between 1986 and 1992, the company established offices in both Australia and in South Africa.

During 2004, the group was approved in Nevada for a gaming machine manufacturer license. The following year, UND underwent a rebranding and changed its name to Aruze Gaming America. Its subsidiaries were renamed Aruze Gaming Australia and Aruze Gaming Africa.

The company added a global manufacturing facility in Manila, Philippines and another subsidiary, Aruze Gaming Macau between 2009 and 2011.

During the next four years, Aruze established a software brand and launched its first social game.

Aruze Gaming America recently launched a series of slot titles in New Jersey on BetMGM. Players throughout the state can access four new games, including Ultra Stack Showgirls, Ultra Stack Lion, 8 Wealthy Lions and Wolf 500g.

Aruze Vice President of iGaming Kurt Hansen explained the importance of the release and said giving players quick and easy access remains a company priority.

He commented: “Going into 2023, expanding our iGaming presence is a priority for Aruze. Transporting the fun of our award-winning games from the casino floor to the virtual world is an important development allowing players to play anytime, anyplace.”

To date, the company holds licenses in more than 200 gaming jurisdictions and operates in almost 40 countries.
