Venetian Resort Las Vegas to update its loyalty rewards program

The Grazie Rewards program will be replaced by Venetian Rewards later this spring.

Venetian Resort Las Vegas guests will soon have access to a new loyalty program, according to a KSNV Channel 3 local news report. The resort will kick off its new “Venetian Rewards” program in March.

The new complimentary program will replace the existing Grazie Rewards program and will give guests the chance to earn points and tier levels throughout the casino, including on slots, table games and experiential spending.

The rewards points can function as a form of currency throughout the casino. Members can earn points for spending money on hotel dining, by placing wagers on poker and from playing slots throughout the casino.

Current Grazie Rewards members will still have access to their current rewards points and will be grandfathered into the new program, the resort said.

Venetian Resort Las Vegas President and CEO Patrick Nichols told local news that the updated program is designed to enhance the customer experience.

He commented, “Venetian Rewards marks yet another milestone in the ongoing evolution of The Venetian Resort.

“This all-new program continues to provide the best access for our gaming customers and enhances earnings on experiences including gaming, dining, entertainment, our world-class spa, and more, for all of our guests.”

Members can move through the tier levels, starting with Sapphire and progress to the Ruby and Diamond tiers to earn benefits like slot multipliers, parking perks and complimentary late checkout.

The Venetian Resort is currently in the process of updating its convention center. The resort said the renovation of its meeting space will be “completed in stages between 2024 to 2026.”

The concept is based on celebrating the resort’s past while “reinventing the future.” Estimated cost of updating The Venetian Convention Center is $188m.
