Plaza Hotel & Casino to deliver annual New Year’s eve fireworks
A night of classic Las Vegas celebrations, culminating in Downtown’s sole live fireworks display.
In the final hours of the year, the Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is poised to mark the arrival of the New Year with a celebration reflecting the city’s character.
The forthcoming observance will feature a dinner at Oscar’s Steakhouse, accompanied by live entertainment, champagne toasts and an exclusive live fireworks show scheduled for the stroke of midnight on December 31.
The Plaza’s annual New Year’s Eve fireworks exhibition is anticipated to be visible over an extensive downtown area. Beyond serving as a herald for the New Year, this event will provide an opportunity for the establishment to introduce its recently inaugurated Carousel Bar.
Nestled beneath the property’s dome, this locale is strategically located steps away from the primary vantage point along Main Street, which will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic during the fireworks presentation.
Preceding the luminous pyrotechnic display, Oscar’s Steakhouse will host a three-course meal, supplementing its routine menu.
Simultaneously, the Sand Dollar Downtown will present an evening of live music and cocktails, featuring a performance by the classic rock band Ian Crawford & Cosmic Miles.
On the same evening, the Plaza’s casino will implement a special New Year’s Day 10X Multiplier, affording patrons an extended opportunity to accumulate points, with the earning potential until 2am on January 1.
