NCPG announces the recipients of the Fall 2023 Agility Grants
A total of $176,000 in funding will be granted to five organizations.
The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) has announced the recipients who will receive the Fall 2023 Agility Grants, with $176,000 in total funding to be given to five different organizations to support different programs in dealing with gambling prevention.
The Fall 2023 Agility Grant will support the following Prevention Innovation programs: The Alabama Council on Compulsive Gambling Prevention (ACCG) and the Problem Gambling Coalition of Colorado, while also supporting the following Prevention Amplification programs: AdCare Educational Institute of Maine, Inc, the LCADA Way and the Maryland Council on Problem Gambling.
NCPG’s Agility Grants are made possible through a multimillion-dollar, multi-year commitment from the NFL, via the NFL Foundation, while FanDuel provides additional support for the grants.
They serve as a way for recipients to create initiatives that can bring about meaningful change when it comes to problem gambling prevention.
NCPG Executive Director, Keith Whyte, said: “Through Agility Grant funding, we aim to foster dynamic and responsive problem gambling prevention programs, helping to ensure that communities across the country are equipped to address this critical need with flexibility and innovation.”

Agility Grants are awarded through two funding rounds each year and more than $1m in funding support will be granted from 2022 to 2024.
