Fontainebleau Las Vegas to hold five-day hiring fair for 6,500 team members

The luxury hotel will source for 1,500 hospitality positions later this month ahead of its December grand opening.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a resort project slated for grand opening in December 2023 by Fontainebleau Development, will be holding a job fair with a view to welcoming 6,500 members to its team. The fair, scheduled to begin September 25, will be five days of sourcing for around 1,500 roles within its food, beverage and nightlife sectors.

The event will take place at Vū Las Vegas’ production campus, with nightlife-role recruiting taking place on the first two days, front-of-house food and beverage roles the second two days, and back-of-house roles on the last day of the hiring event.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas President Mark Tricano said, “As we quickly approach a pinnacle moment in Fontainebleau’s history, we are excited to begin ramping up hiring efforts for our resort.

Tricano was appointed as Fontainebleau’s new resort president this year in June, when announcements of the hotel’s new Chief Casino Marketing Officer and SVP of People were also made. 

The resort will be a 67-story luxury venue on the Las Vegas Strip, including: 3,644 rooms and suites, 550,000 square feet of space for meetings and conventions, over 150,000 square feet of gaming, several restaurants, shops, pools and spa and wellness facilities.
