Kinectify introduces responsible gaming platform in partnership with Kindbridge Behavioral Health

John Martin, Kinectify CEO, also joins the board of the Kindbridge Research Institute (KRI).
Anti-money-laundering (AML) and risk management firm, Kinectify, has partnered with Kindbridge Behavioral Health (KBH) to improve responsible gaming technology for operators in the US and Canada. KBH specializes in mental health treatment for problem gambling and related issues.
Kinectify’s responsible gaming platform is billed as an all-in-one solution, which will integrate with its AML platform, and offer workspaces for both AML and RG teams. Monitoring, case management, reporting, player care and automated risk scoring can be done through the new system.
Daniel Umfleet, CEO of Kindbridge, said, “Mapping out as many ways as possible for people with a gambling problem to gain access to a network of trained providers that understand what they are going through is key to creating a safer gambling environment and a sustainable industry.
“By teaming up with Kinectify to gain behavioral insights from their AML technologies and by helping them round out their RG Case Management software with the KBH treatment network, we can now start to connect the link from AML to gambling harms to direct care access faster than ever before.”
Joseph Martin, CEO of Kinectify, will also further the partnership with a new position on the Board of the Kindbridge Research Institute (KRI). The institute uses data analysis to devise treatment strategies, including a research project on gambling within miltary veterans. Martin, a former US Marine, will take part in these efforts as well.
Martin said, “We are thrilled to partner with Kindbridge, the first organization solely focused on building treatment infrastructure through telehealth. We look forward to testing a variety of treatment modalities on those that are more dangerously impacted from their gambling behavior and assisting states with solutions for treatment disparity gaps that exist due to a lack of trained resources in this field.”
