High Five Tournament Series to return to Americas Cardroom
Players can compete for a $10m guaranteed prize pool.
Americas Cardroom (ACR) has announced that it will bring back its High Five Tournament Series. The event will consist of 20 days of poker, running from April 1 to April 20, 2023.
Players in this year’s series will have a chance to earn winnings from a guaranteed prize pool of $10m. The series will feature 10 events per day.
ACR said High Five this year “will see increased guarantees across tourneys averaging more than $200,000 per day.”
Poker players can get in on the action with buy-in starting as low as $0.25. Five of the series’ daily events have buy-in that is lower than $33.
However, High Five will also give those who are looking for higher stakes a high-grade Main Event with a buy-in of $420. The Main Event is scheduled for April 16 and will have a guaranteed prize pool of $420,000.
ACR Team Pro Chris Moneymaker commented on the tournament launch by saying: “With the return of the High Five Tournament Series, ACR is once again giving its players an unbelievable opportunity to supercharge their winnings.
“With so many tournaments featuring massively boosted guarantees, including plenty from our new schedule, there really is no better place to play this month. I cannot wait to see the series play out, especially with the famous 10-minute “courtesy break” happening daily at 4:20pm ET!”
Other ACR recently held its Spectacular Southeast Asia contest, which gave players a chance to win $100,000 in cash prizes. The event’s four winners moved on to attend ACR’s Super High Roller Series from March 7 to March 13 in Vietnam.
