The Temporary by American Place to use Konami Gaming’s Synkros technology
The venue’s owners, Full House Resorts, employs Synkros across its entire portfolio of casinos.
Full House Resorts has selected Konami Gaming’s Synkros casino management system (CMS) for The Temporary by American Place venue in Illinois. American Place is located approximately 30 minutes north of Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and currently has a temporary license.
The Temporary by American Place features around 1,000 slot machines, 50 table games and three restaurants for Chicagoans gamblers. It will now also boast Synkros’ CMS capabilities throughout its premises.
The permanent American Place facility is scheduled to open in around three years’ time. The completed version will host a sportsbook, a boutique hotel, a 1,500-seat live entertainment venue, a wide variety of restaurants, bars and other amenities.
Full House Resorts CEO and President Daniel R. Lee commented: “With Synkros at the core of The Temporary at American Place, our guests can immediately begin to connect with tailored rewards, offers, and communications across the site.
“When the permanent American Place casino makes its debut, the earned rewards and relationships will move seamlessly to the new facility, with even more entertainment opportunities.”
In addition to launching Synkros’ full marketing suite, The Temporary at American Place going to act as the beta site for the Synkros launch of ‘Oracle Analytics,’ a business intelligence and optics solution.
Full House Resorts has a long-established relationship with Konami and uses Synkros across its entire portfolio, including its Silver Slipper Casino and Hotel (which have both pioneered the system since 2006).
