Scientific Games secures new six-year South Carolina Lottery contract

Scientific Games has been awarded a new six-year contract by the South Carolina Education Lottery to run its Scientific Games Enhanced Partnership (SGEP) program.
The performance-focused program aims to responsibly drive maximum profits for educational programs in the state. The new contract includes a new distribution facility, a lottery mobile app and interactive services, with an option to extend the deal by a further year.
The South Carolina Education Lottery awarded Scientific Games the contract following a “competitive procurement as the best choice to help reach its goals.”
Scientific Games Lottery Instant Products Senior Vice President, John Schulz, said: “We are honoured by the trust the South Carolina Education Lottery has placed in Scientific Games to fully manage their diverse instant game portfolio.
“Our long-term collaboration with the South Carolina Education Lottery has provided Scientific Games with a full understanding of its marketing strategy.”
Scientific Games has manufactured every instant game sold in South Carolina since the Lottery launched in 2002.
