Beat The Odds, a sports betting TV show, to air in Las Vegas

The show, which will be produced by the Tupelo Honey production company, is set to be broadcast on KVVU Fox5.
Las Vegas is getting a new TV show, one with a focus on everything sports betting. Produced by the Tupelo Honey production company, Beat The Odds will premiere on KVVU Fox5 in the fall of 2022.
Beat The Odds will feature betting news, data and analysis, with an express focus on educating sports bettors both new and old. With its pilot set to be approved this week, the offering will be a 30-minute weekly series.
“Beat The Odds combines and showcases two of the most popular aspects of sports for the public, betting analysis and compelling storytelling,” said Michael Korr, Vice President and General Manager of KVVU.
Hosted by KVVU news anchor Dave Hall, the show’s pilot episode will feature an interview with the former Super Bowl champion Brett Favre. Other names that will regularly appear include Jack Ross, Ted Sevransky and Brandon Marshall, of NFL fame.
Showrunners also hope to attract athletes, pop stars and other iconic sporting figures to feature on the weekly program.
“Beat The Odds is a different type of sports betting show,” added Tupelo Honey CEO Cary Glotzer.
“It will give sports bettors top-notch analysis and information, but it’ll also be very entertaining, with features on sports history and how sports influence culture. It’s why we developed the show – to create a format that really engages sports and betting fans.”
Both Korr and Glotzer will act as executive producers on the show.
