Beter gains regulatory approvals in Indiana and Iowa to expand US fast-betting content

Beter has secured regulatory approvals to launch its sports content in Indiana and Iowa, marking another major step in its U.S. expansion strategy.
The Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) and Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission (IRGC) granted the supplier permission to provide live data and streaming for its Setka Cup table tennis tournaments to licensed operators in both states.
The content is already live via bet365, which previously debuted Beter’s products in Colorado and New Jersey earlier this year.
The approval allows Beter to extend its signature fast-betting model to new audiences. The company delivers more than 700,000 live events each year across sports and esports, with up to 50 markets per match and an average operator margin exceeding 7.5%.
Its sports portfolio includes the Setka Cup, the BSKT Cup basketball league, and global coverage of padel and cricket tournaments. Its esports segment features ESportsBattle competitions across eFootball, eBasketball, eHockey, and eTennis.
Beter CEO Gal Ehrlich said: “Securing approvals in Indiana and Iowa marks another important milestone in our expansion across the U.S., a market where we are already seeing strong demand for our fast-betting content, particularly the Setka Cup.”
Chief Legal Officer Valeriia Tarchynska added: “Gaining approvals in Indiana and Iowa represents another step forward in our broader U.S. strategy and highlights the efficiency and expertise of our legal team in navigating complex regulatory frameworks. We’re also grateful for the ongoing support of our partner law firm BlankRome, whose guidance has been invaluable throughout this process.”
The company plans to continue its state-by-state licensing push, with applications underway in North Carolina, Arizona, and Ohio.
In October, Beter received approval in Colorado and launched its fast-betting products through bet365, marking its second U.S. licence after entering New Jersey earlier in 2025.
