Yggdrasil expands Brazilian reach through Casa de Apostas partnership
The agreement marks Yggdrasil’s second major deal in Brazil this month, strengthening its position in the country’s expanding regulated iGaming market.
Yggdrasil has expanded its footprint in Brazil after signing a new distribution partnership with local betting and gaming operator Casa de Apostas, giving the brand access to Yggdrasil’s full slot portfolio.
Under the agreement, Casa de Apostas players can now access a wide range of titles from Yggdrasil’s core library, including recent releases such as 4 FOXX Crew, Bob Marlin Goes Deep and Dick the Farmer, along with popular series like Thor: Infinity Reels and Vikings Go to Olympus.
The partnership also includes content from the YGG Masters program, which features games from more than 20 boutique studios including ReelPlay, Boomerang Games and SpinOn.
Casa de Apostas, which has operated in Brazil since 2019, is one of the country’s best-known local brands. The partnership will see Yggdrasil’s content integrated into the operator’s online casino platform.
Jose Kadala, Yggdrasil CCO, said: “Taking our games live with Casa de Apostas is another exciting step for us in Brazil, as we look to firmly plant our flag in the burgeoning regulated market. We’ve had great traction there so far and can’t wait to push it to the next level with this partnership.”
Hans Schleier, Director of Operations at Casa de Apostas, added: “Yggdrasil has a fantastic reputation for delivering gaming experiences that players love, which is naturally crucial in developing a standout casino offering. We are excited to introduce content such as the popular Vikings series and titles with Yggdrasil’s high-performing game engagement mechanics.”
Earlier this month, Yggdrasil signed a deal with Betespecial, which also brought the supplier’s slot catalog and YGG Masters titles to another Brazilian platform.
Both agreements highlight Yggdrasil’s commitment to the Latin American region and follow its exclusive North American distribution deal with Aristocrat Interactive, announced earlier this year.
With multiple local integrations now live, Yggdrasil continues to expand its reach across Brazil’s growing online gaming landscape.
