Canada: Playson extends Ontario reach with PointsBet agreement
Supplier strengthens its presence in North America through a new deal with PointsBet.
Playson has announced a new partnership with PointsBet, extending its presence in the North American market.
The partnership gives PointsBet access to Playson’s Hold and Win series through Light & Wonder’s aggregation platform.
Games now available to PointsBet users include Coin Strike: Hold and Win, Thunder Coins XXL: Hold and Win and 4 Pots Riches: Hold and Win. These titles have been integrated directly into the operator’s casino offering.
The move forms part of Playson’s wider strategy to increase its presence across regulated North American markets. It also broadens the range of online casino content available to PointsBet customers in Ontario.
In February, Playson entered Brazil’s newly regulated online gaming market, announcing partnerships with licensed operators including Betano, Brazino777, Entain, EstrelaBet, Novibet and Superbet, enabling the distribution of its Hold and Win titles across the country.
Recently, Playson expanded its reach in Brazil and wider South America through a new agreement with Cactus Gaming, allowing more players in the region to access its online gaming content.
Both companies continue to expand their reach within the region’s iGaming sector, with the deal marking another step in the ongoing development of Ontario’s online gaming market.
