OtherLevels continues US expansion with West Virginia authorization
The cross-channel marketing and engagement brand is now authorized to operate as an online sports betting vendor in 11 states.
The West Virginia Lottery Commission has granted OtherLevels interim approval to operate as an online sports betting vendor. This sees the cross-channel marketing and engagement brand expand its US influence to 11 states.
Following this announcement, the company’s Intelligent Messaging platform will be available in the Mountain State. This marks a further partnership for the group that already works with operators such as Golden Nugget, the Michigan State Lottery, and Kindred.
“We’re committed to responsibly serving gaming operations in all jurisdictions in which we are authorized to operate and grateful to the West Virginia Lottery Commission for regulatory approval to operate within their state,” said Brendan O’Kane, CEO of OtherLevels.
“We look forward to serving our clients alongside the expansion of legal gaming across the country.”
Specifically, OtherLevels operates a sports engagement solution that aims to combine content and publishing capabilities to engage sports bettors pre-game, during the game, and post-game.
With this, the brand is now authorized to operate in over 22% of US states, with six more additional applications currently in the works.

Outside of the United States, OverLevels operates in both Europe and Australia, working in the sports betting and iGaming segments.
