William Hill extends collaboration with Inspired for improved virtual sports offering

William Hill and Inspired Entertainment have expanded upon its long-term partnership, originally formed over two decades ago, in the hopes of providing the operator with an enhanced virtual sports offering for retail customers.
The virtual sports rollout will reportedly include the integration of new events into William Hill’s broadcast networks to enhance the customer experience for horse and greyhound racing. The upgrades will look to add approximately 300 new virtual sports events each day to offer increased betting opportunities for William Hill retail customers.
“We’re always looking for new ways to elevate the customer experience in our shops, and this enhanced Virtual offering is a significant step forward,” William Hill Head of Retail Gaming Jon Sanders said.
“Working with Inspired, we’re excited to bring even more variety, energy and quality to our overall retail product range, helping us to engage customers up and down the country. It’s a great example of how we’re continuing to invest in innovation to meet the evolving expectations of our players.”
The extension was also said to help both companies be well-positioned for “continued success” and growth within the UK retail betting market. Additionally, a third William Hill channel will be introduced dedicated entirely to virtual racing.

On June 2, Inspired launched its virtual sports products in Brazil with BetMGM, offered through the Kambi Engage platform and part of the operator’s broader international expansion strategy.
