Scientific Games has appointed two key executives.
Indeed, Keshav Pitani has joined as SVP, Digital Games and Laura Higgins has been named VP, Customer Success & Strategy for the Company’s global digital team.
Pitani previously served for seven years as Senior Director of Product Development at Bally Technologies, where he led key initiatives until the company’s acquisition by Scientific Games Corporation in 2014. He brings extensive expertise in content creation, product development and innovation.
He will be responsible for overseeing Scientific Games’ digital games strategy.
His previous achievements include playing a key role in the product strategy behind the 2022 launch of Light & Wonder and contributing to Scientific Games Corporation’s successful expansion into the US and Canadian video lottery markets. He has also led the creation of innovative digital and retail product verticals, developed a real-time AI product for high-speed casino play, and contributed to the design of the satellite communication subsystem used in Boeing 737 and 747 aircraft.
Higgins, meanwhile, brings over 20 years of experience across e-commerce, general management, strategy, product development, marketing and finance. She has held leadership roles at companies including Procter & Gamble, Shutterfly, Albertsons and Gartner.
She has spent her career identifying and developing new business opportunities across consumer goods, e-commerce, and digital sectors, with a proven ability to drive growth and customer loyalty through deep market and consumer insights.

At Procter & Gamble, she led multiple product launches as a Brand Director in the Home Care division. As General Manager of Category Expansion at Shutterfly, she spearheaded the development of new business categories. Most recently, at Albertsons, she served as VP of Shopper Engagement Platforms, leading the rollout of digital initiatives that enhanced retail customer experiences through AI-powered assistant technologies.
