Mobile Streams expands into Mexico’s sports betting market

Mobile Streams has officially launched its online casino and sportsbook platform under the Estadio Gana brand in Mexico, coming at a “pivotal” time as the industry is expected to be valued at nearly $11.5bn by the conclusion of 2025.
The platform has officially completed its testing phase and launched for eligible Mexico residents on March 27. With projected growth of up to 70% by 2028, the expansion also comes prior to the 2026 FIFA World Cup where Mexico will serve as a co-host with the US and Canada.
“We’re delighted to reach this significant milestone alongside our partners in Mexico and internationally,” Mobile Streams CEO Mark Epstein said.
“The launch of Estadio Gana is just the beginning, and we look forward to its continued growth.”
The platform was also stated to have “ambitious” plans to potentially enhance its offerings with new products and content, ensuring a “continuously evolving and engaging” user experience.
“We’re thrilled about the future of Estadio Gana and the opportunities ahead as we deepen our partnership with MOS,” Estadio Gana CEO Carlos Gomez said.
“As Mexico’s gaming market continues to expand, particularly with the World Cup on the horizon, we see immense potential for continued growth.”

Mobile Streams currently holds a 29.94% share in Estadio Gana, with the potential to increase its stake to 42.12% through a call option as detailed by an agreement struck on March 20, 2025.
Estadio Gana has also launched its official social media channels in efforts to create a dedicated space for fans to stay informed and connected while remaining committed to secure and responsible gaming.
