Indiana casino AGR up 8% to $191.7m during November

The Indiana Gaming Commission has released financial figures for the month of November covering both traditional gaming and sports betting at the state’s casinos. 

Casino adjusted gross revenue (AGR) was $191.7m, representing an increase of 8% year-over-year, with the bulk of that revenue coming from Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana, which recorded just under $36m in AGR. 

Total win in the Hoosier State, encompassing its 618 table games and 14,570 EGD/slots was just short of $206m, with $36.9m coming from table win and the other $169.1m coming from EGD/slot win.  

Looking at the state’s sports betting financial figures, total handle during the month of November was valued at $614.4m, which was the equivalent of a rise of 19.6% compared to the same period last year. 

The bulk of this handle came from Blue Chip Casino at $215m, followed by Ameristar Casino at $206.5m, while looking at handle by sport, parlay brought in the most with $202.4m.

While DraftKings led the way for online sports betting in November 2023 with $188m in handle, it was FanDuel who took top spot in November 2024, being valued at $214.4m 

Also reporting financial results was the New Hampshire Lottery, which has released its figures for sports betting activity in the state, where $87.3m in total sports betting handle was recorded, its highest total handle so far in 2024.
