Tina Robinson appointed SVP of Gaming Compliance for Marker Trax and Koin

Robinson has been instrumental in launching sports wagering in multiple states, along with iCasinos in New Jersey and West Virginia.
Marker Trax and Koin have announced the appointment of Tina Robinson to the role of SVP of Gaming Compliance for both companies. Robinson will lead the development and deployment of crucial compliance initiatives, helping the cashless payment providers launch new gaming technology while navigating important regulatory guardrails nationwide.
“Having solidified our positions as leaders in the sector, Tina brings an expert understanding of the nuanced requirements and regulations across all our multiple jurisdictions,” Koin President Gary Larkin said.
“Leading our gaming compliance initiatives, she will be a key player in helping us effectively navigate these challenges.”
Prior to joining Marker Trax and Koin, Robinson served a long career in the gaming and compliance sectors. As SVP of Gaming Compliance at GAN Limited, she was a crucial liaison between industry regulators and company officials, while managing all compliance efforts.
As VP of Compliance for William Hill, she directed interstate regulatory teams in compliance, licensing and anti-money-laundering reporting initiatives. Additionally, Robinson was instrumental in launching sports wagering in multiple states, along with iCasinos in New Jersey and West Virginia.
“We’ve accomplished so much already in driving the evolution of cashless gaming. Tina’s leadership will be instrumental in taking that evolution to the next stage,” Marker Trax President Charlie Skinner said.
The past year has been marked by several key advancements for both companies, anchored by a reinvestment from early investor Euronet Worldwide, Inc., and being chosen to lead a panel at this year’s G2E event in Las Vegas.
In May, Marker Trax brought on Wayne Waxman to become the new Director of Marketing for the company.
Waxman previously held roles at e-commerce startup The Shipping Store, overseeing its launch across major online retailers including Walmart.com and Amazon Canada. He also worked with Coinstar, Bluetooth SIG, Zetec and Intel.
