IGT signs expanded sports betting agreement with Monarch Casino & Resort
Its technology will be available in Nevada and Colorado.
IGT has expanded its partnership with Monarch Casino & Resort to extend its sports betting footprint. The supplier signed a technology and services agreement to broaden its US reach in Nevada and Colorado.
Under the terms of the deal, retail and mobile sports betting services at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada and Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado will be powered by IGT PlaySports.
Another aspect of the collaboration is the debut of the new mobile sportsbook app, Atlantis NV Sports and BetMonarch – Colorado. Both incorporate the use of IGT PlaySports technology.
Monarch Casino & Resort Corporate Director of Race and Sports Steve Mikkelson expressed his excitement to bring new sports betting options to players in both states.
He said, “We’re excited to introduce Atlantis and Monarch Black Hawk patrons to elevated sports betting entertainment via our new IGT PlaySports-powered retail and mobile sportsbooks.
